Metalcaucho, European leader supplier of aftermarket spare parts of rubber and metal for the automotive industry, has recently expanded its Quality department with two new additions: Pablo Ferrebeuf as the new Quality Manager and Juan Mármol as responsible for providing technical support in product analysis.
These new additions within the company’s Quality department respond to Metalcaucho’s constant leadership will to provide aftermarket distributors and mechanics with the best solutions and undoubtedly contribute positively to reinforce the high-quality level that Metalcaucho offers to its clients. In that sense, the company submits its spare parts to rigorous quality controls that guarantee a high reliability of the product, equivalent to the original equipment, but at a more competitive cost.
Pablo Ferrebeuf, industrial superior engineer, with professional experience in quality management in manufacturing projects of new products from the design phase to the beginning of the production stage, also has an extensive work experience in multinational companies, located in different countries, where he has held positions of responsibility in processes of lean manufacturing and quality. In this sense, in Ferrebeuf’s career highlights his experience in Delphi as Quality Manager of pump manufacturing projects and as Industrial Engineering Manager.
The new stage of Ferrebeuf in Metalcaucho as Quality Manager has the aim of boosting the level and the perception of customers towards the products and the service provided. His experience working with top suppliers in the automotive sector has allowed him to know multiple manufacturing processes, acquire skills in risk analysis, problem solving, quality management and continuous improvement.
On the other hand, Juan Mármol has a wide experience as a car mechanic after working in several workshops of companies dedicated to the preparation of racing cars such as: TR2 Rally service (Dakar cars); Nissan Super Tourism Cars; Cirtek Racing; Rook Racing; Promo Service (GT Championship & Formula Nissan); Motor Competition; Le Mans Series, GT World Cup, Seat Leon Eurocup, GP2. He has also collaborated with Nissan, Seat and Altran.
Currently, in Metalcaucho, Juan Marmol’s main activity is focused on the mechanics in detail, meaning, to be able to manufacture vehicle spare parts that no longer exist or to detect and repair difficult breakdowns.
Furthermore, it’s also noteworthy Frederic Bonastre’s work as a Quality Engineer for Metalcaucho since 2013. He joined the company in 2009 and since then he has collaborated in all its departments until reaching the Quality department, where he is contributing to the company with his knowledge about clients, suppliers, products and categories, as well as his extensive background in the aftermarket market.
