Metalcaucho has developed a particular product (code 02244) that is an improved version of its respective OEM, a steering column bush of some Chevrolet and Daewoo Matiz models

Metalcaucho, as the leading European supplier of metal and rubber aftermarket spare parts in the automotive sector, is attentive to the needs of the customers. It is because of that Metalcaucho has developed a particular product (code 02244) that is an improved version of its respective OEM, a steering column bush of some Chevrolet and Daewoo Matiz models:

• CHEVROLET MATIZ (M200, M250) Models 0.8, 0.8 LPG, 1.0 and 1.0 LPG
• DAEWOO MATIZ (M100, M150) Models 0.8 and 1.0

This bush can be easily damaged, so, until now, it was necessary to decide whether to replace the entire steering column, with an obviously high cost, or to replace only the bushing, allowing only to save the time but not to solve the basic problem and rapid usage.

Now, with the improved version of the Metalcaucho bushing, it is possible to change only the the bushing, since it contains another lubricated bearing inside it that facilitates the rotation. In that way we avoid that the bushing wears so easily, giving it a hardness and a durability in the time that the original piece does not offer.
